摘　　要：2014年2月召开的中央网络安全和信息化领导小组会议,重点强调了国家信息安全战略决策。随着大数据时代的到来,海量数据的获取和安全,将成为社会关注的焦点问题。建立区域性数据档案中心,将是未来政府信息部门必须面对的政策决策和推行举措。如何借助地方综合档案部门的现有基础,建立跨行政区的数据档案中心,就是本文研究和阐述的主要内容。The 2014 February meeting of the central network security and informatization leading group meetings,with emphasis on the strategic decision of national information security. With the advent of the era of big data,data access and security,will become the focus of attention of the problem. The establishment of regional data center,will be the future of government information department must face the decision and implementation of policy measures. How to use the existing local comprehensive archives,the establishment of data archives center cross administrative area,is the main content of this article.
