摘　　要：本文使用MBTI心理测评量表作为测评工具，对中物院141名科级及处级领导干部进行测试，得出其16种人格类型分布的总体情况以及不同职务、不同性别领导干部人格类型的分布情况，以期对干部选拔任用及人才培养提供参考信息。By using the MBTI personality scale, we got the conclusions on the personality types of 141 leaders, and also the differences of the personality types of the leaders in different positions and gender. Hope it can be a useful reference to cadres＇ selecting and appointing as well as talent cultivation.
