摘　　要：[目的]探讨桥小脑角脑膜瘤显微手术的围术期护理方法。[方法]回顾性分析行手术治疗的82例桥小脑角脑膜瘤病人,观察其围术期间并发症的发生及有效的护理策略。[结果]82例入院病人中手术全切70例,大多数病人术后临床症状均得到不同程度的改善,死亡5例。通过精心的护理治疗,无一例病人由于护理差错导致不良后果。[结论]通过积极有效的护理干预措施,能够明显改善病人的预后,提高病人的生活质量。Objective：To probe into perioperative nursing methods of patients with cerebellopontine angle meningioma undergoing microsurgery.Methods：A retrospective analysis was carried out for a total of 82 patients with cerebellopontine angle meningioma,then to observe the occurrence of the complications during the perioperative period and the effective nursing strategies.Results：70cases of patients in 82 hospitalized patients received total resection（85.37%）,and the clinical symptoms were obviously improved in most of patients after operation,5cases died.After careful nursing treatment,no adverse consequences occurred caused by the nursing errors.Conclusion：Positive and effective nursing inventions can obviously improve the prognosis and enhance their quality of life.
