综合护理干预预防经尿道前列腺切除术后并发症的效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨综合护理干预对经尿道前列腺切除术后并发症的效果,为提高该类病人的护理方法提供临床依据。[方法]选取2013年1月—2014年8月收治的行经尿道前列腺切除术的良性前列腺增生200例病人为研究对象,按随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组则采取综合护理干预。对比两组病人的慢性前列腺炎症状评分(CPSI)、术后并发症发生情况和住院相关指标数据。[结果]观察组术后3个月和6个月CPSI的症状和总体评分均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的术后电切综合征、继发性出血和膀胱痉挛的并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组病人的术后引流管平均冲洗时间和尿管平均留置时间均明显少于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]综合护理干预应用于经尿道前列腺切除术可以有效改善慢性前列腺症状,降低术后并发症的发生率,并减少引流管冲洗和尿管留置时间,有利于确保手术疗效,促进康复。Objective：To probe into the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for preventing postoperative complications in patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate,and to provide clinical basis for improving the nursing methods of such patients.Methods：A total of 200 patients undergoing tansurethral resection of prostate were chosen as research subjects from January 2013 to August 2014.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,100 cases in each.The patients in control group accepted routine nursing,while the patients in observation group received the comprehensive nursing intervention.CPSI score,occurrence of postoperative complications and hospitalization related index data were compared between both groups.Results：CPSI symptom and overall scores of patients after postoperative 3 months and 6 months in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The average washing time and average indwelling time of drainage tube in observation group were significantly less than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention used in patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate can effectively improve chronic prostate symptoms,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and reduce washing and urine tube indwelling drainage tube time,so as to ensure the curative effect of the operation and promote their rehabilitation.
