摘 要:数字电路技术日益成熟,传输模拟信号的微波发射机成为影响发射链路信号损伤的重要因素。以EVM作为衡量信号损伤程度的指标,分析了引起EVM恶化的因素。在GMSK恒包络调制体制下,相位噪声是引起EVM恶化的主要因素;进一步得到EVM与相位噪声的关系式,从而得到便于直接测试的单边带相位噪声指标,并应用于样品设计,研制成功了满足弹载环境要求的X波段微波发射机。The digital circuit technology is developing fast,and a microwave transmitter which transmits the analog signals has become an important factor influencing the emission link signal injury.In this paper,error vector magnitude(EVM)was used as a measurement indicator of signal degradation and the factors causing EVM deterioration were analyzed.In the GMSK constant envelope modulation,the phase noise was the main cause of EVM deterioration.Furthermore,an expression between EVM and the phase noise was derived,and then SSB phase noise performance which facilitated the direct test was obtained,and applied to the sample design.In the end,the X band microwave transmitter which could meet the requirement of missile environment was fabricated and realized.
