摘  要:采用五因素四水平的正交试验法以匹配各焊接工艺参数,从而获得5A05和6061铝合金典型的焊接工艺参数。使用上述工艺参数,可实现焊缝成形美观;在此基础上通过调节离焦量,实现了焊缝熔深的可控。扫描分析显示,整个焊缝呈倒三角状,焊缝边界轮廓清晰,焊缝组织较均匀,焊缝中各组元相互融合较好。微波组件的漏气率小于5×10-9Pa·m3/s,产品一次合格率在95%以上。试验发现,Mg、Mn等元素的择优蒸发使得5A05铝合金焊缝外形要差于6061铝合金。Based on the orthogonal test of five factors and four levels to match the five laser welding process parameters,the typical laser welding technological parameters of microwave module of 5A05 and 6061Al alloys were obtained.Using the above-mentioned typical process parameters,a fine welding line could be formed and,through adjusting the off-focus quatity,the depth fusion of welded joint could be controllable.The SEM(scanning electronic microscope)analysis shows that the welded joint displays the shape of inverse trigonometry and has distinct boundary profile,uniform microstructure and well-distributed elements.The seal test shows that the air impermeability of microwave module is below 5×10^-9Pa·m^3/s,the one-off qualified rate of production is above 95%.The test finds that the preferential evaporation of elements such as Mg and Mn,makes the welded shape of 5A05 Al alloy worse than that of 6061 Al alloy.
