摘  要:为了探讨低剂量呕吐毒素对断奶仔猪外周血液中CD4+和CD8+淋巴细胞及抗氧化水平的影响,将用10头平均体重为(7.70±1.00)Kg的三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分成两组,对照组(基础饲粮)和脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)组(基础饲粮+DON),试验开始前以及第8、16、24、36天采取仔猪前腔静脉静脉血液检测CD4+、CD8+淋巴细胞和CAT、GSH-Px、SOD、MDA的活性。结果对照组与DON组的CD4+、CD8+淋巴细胞差异都不显著,但是血清CAT、GSH-Px、SOD、MDA的活性都会发生明显变化。2 mg/Kg低剂量DON污染饲粮对断奶仔猪外周血液的CD4+、CD8+淋巴细胞不产生明显影响,对血清中抗氧化体系平衡会产生一定的损害。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of low dose of deoxynivalenol on CD4^+and CD8^+lymphocytes and the levels of the antioxidantion system of the peripheral blood of piglets.A total of 10 crossbred weaner piglets with an average body weight of(7.70±1.00)kg were randomly assigned to 2 groups. The 2 groups were as follows:control group(a basal diet),DON group(the basal diet + DON). In order to detect CD4^+,CD8^+lymphocytes and the activity of CAT,GSH-Px,SOD and MDA,the precava blood were extracted from piglets at the 8,16,24,36 and the day before. [Result and conclusion] Compared with the control group,CD4^+and CD8^+lymphocytes showed no significant difference. low dose of DON(2 mg/kg)had no obvious influence on the levels of Swine fever antibody and CD4^+and CD8^+lymphocytes in peripheral blood of piglets.But it could disrupt the balance of the oxidation and antioxidantion system in the serum.
