摘  要:为了解哈尔滨地区猪源大肠杆菌中质粒介导的氟喹诺酮耐药(Plasmid mediated fluoroquinolone resistant,PMQR)基因的流行情况,本文通过对哈尔滨地区规模化养猪场进行采样处理,最终分离得到67株猪源大肠杆菌菌株,采用微量肉汤稀释法测定其对8种药物的最小抑菌浓度,针对PMQR基因设计特异性引物进行PCR扩增,结果显示,对8种兽医临床常用抗菌药物耐药率较高,多表现为多重耐药。oqx AB,qnr S,aac(6′)-Ib-cr,qnr B,qep A的检出率分别为70.15%,64.18%,22.39%,13.43%,11.94%,并没有检测到qnr A、qnr C、qnr D基因,这表明,PMQR基因在哈尔滨地区猪群中存在很高的检出率,这势必会加剧临床用药的难度,并且还为基因的水平传播提供可能。This study aims to look into the epidemiology of plasmid-mediated fluoroquinolone resistant genes among Esche-richia coli strains isolated from pigs in the areas of Haerbin,67 strains of samples which were collected from the large scale pigfarms in the areas of Haerbin were identified as Escherichia coli,the susceptibility of 67 Escherichia coli strains to 8 antimicrobialagents were determined by the broth dilution method,the PMQR genes of which were also measured by PCR method in order to seethe prevalence of plasmid-mediated fluoroquinolone resistant genes. The results show that 67 Escherichia coli strains were at ahigh level of multiple-resistance to widely used drugs.And the positive detection rate of oqx AB,qnr S,aac(6′)-Ib-cr,qnr B,qep Awere 70.15%,64.18%,22.39%,13.43%,11.94%,respectively none of qnr A,qnr C,qnr D genes has been detected,which showedthat the detection rate of PMQR genes were at a high level in Haerbin City,the epidemic of PMQR Genes would definitely exacer-bate the difficulties in using clinical medical drugs,and besides that,provide the possibilities of horizontal transmission.
