益生菌联合新城疫疫苗应用雏鸡消化道局部黏膜组织CD4^+CD8^+T细胞数量变化

摘  要:100只艾维因肉雏鸡随机分为益生菌组、新城疫(ND)疫苗组、益生菌联合ND疫苗组和对照组。采用组织石蜡切片及免疫组织化学法分别测定ND疫苗免疫后第0天、7天、14天、28天和第42天盲肠扁桃体、十二指肠和回肠派伊尔结CD4+、CD8+T细胞数量的变化。结果表明,益生菌联合ND免疫雏鸡、ND疫苗单独免疫雏鸡上述免疫组织的CD4+T和CD8+T细胞数量分别于免疫后第14天和第7~14天明显高于对照雏鸡和益生菌雏鸡(P<0.05或<P<0.01),表明益生菌作为免疫增强剂,与疫苗联合应用可显著增强机体消化道局部黏膜免疫组织对ND疫苗的细胞免疫应答。100 chicks were randomly divided into probiotics group(P group),Newcastle disease(ND)vaccine group(Vgroup),probiotics ND vaccine group(P+V group)and normal group(N group). The dynamic changes of CD4^+and CD8^+T lympho-cytes number in the cecal tonsil,and Peyer's patch of duodenum and ileum of probiotics chicks vaccinated with ND vaccine on 0,7,14,28 and 42 days post ND vaccine vaccination were determined by using paraffin section and immunohistochemistry stainingmethod. The results showed that numbers of CD4^+T lymphocytes in above immune tissues of P+V group and V group chicks weresignificantly enhanced compared with N and P group on 14 day after ND vaccine vaccination(P〈0.01);The numbers of CD8^+Tcells in above immune tissues of chicks vaccinated with ND vaccine were remarkably decreased compared with chicks without NDvaccination probiotics and control chicks on 7-14 days after ND vaccine vaccination(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The results showedthat probiotics enhanced the immunological response to ND vaccine as an immune enhancer.
