摘  要:对40株鸭源致病性大肠杆菌的四环素类耐药基因进行检测并分析,利用PCR技术扩增主动外排机制耐四环素类抗生素的耐药基因tet A、tet B、tet C、tet D、tet K、tet L。结果表明,tet B、tet A、tet C、tet D的检出率分别为80.0%、75.0%、55.0%、15.0%,tet K和tet L的检出率均为0%,tet B基因的检出率最高。The purpose of this study was to investigate the distributions of the major tetracyclines resistant genes of pathogenicEscherichia coli from ducks in Chongqing.PCR amplifying was applied to detect the tetracyclines resistant genes tet A,tet B,tet C,tet D,tet K,tet L of active efflux mechanism,genes tet M,tet O,tet W of ribosome protection mechanism of 40 collected pathogenic E.coli strains.The results showed that the positive rates of tet B,tet A,tet C,tet D were 80.0%,75.0%,55.0%,15.0% respectively,andtet M,tet O of ribosome protection mechanism were 30.0%,20.0% respectively.However,the resistant genes tet K,tet L(active effluxmechanism),tet W(ribosome protection mechanism)were not detected. In conclusion,the detection rates of resistant genes of ac-tive efflux mechanism were much higher than those of ribosome protection mechanism,and TetB's detetection rate was the highest.
