递进减张技术在皮肤缺损性创伤修复中的应用

摘　　要：探讨递进减张技术在皮肤缺桢性创伤修复中应用效果、方法对45例皮肤缺损性创伤采用递进减张进行修复，根据创面大小，分别采用递进减张后直接缝合、局部皮瓣递进减张缝合，递进减张联合植皮修复结果本组病例均获得满意的效果，愈合后创口瘢痕反应明显减轻，无并发症发生结论递减减张法能够最大限度地缩小创面、恢复局部功能和形态，减少术后伤口瘢痕增生发生，满足形态学求，可供临床参考．Objective To explore the application of the reducing-tension step by step technique for managment of the skin defect from trauma Methods 45 cases who had defect of skin were repaired by reducing-tension, according to the size of wound, respectively, using reducing-tension step by step conabined with suture-directly, local flap, skin graft. Results All cases had got satisfying Results, incision cicatricial-responses, and without complication. Conclusion The technology of reducing-tension step by step can minimize the wound, recover function, reduce hyperplasia, meet the requirements of morphnlogy, for clinical referencc.
