摘　　要：通过对现阶段军队医院物资采购模式及其优缺点的分析,阐述了军队医院物资采购改革的思路,并从确立集中采购管理模式、规范采购管理流程、加强采购机构业务建设、完善全程监督机制等方面进行了探讨,提出了建立全军医院统一规范、科学严谨,又切合实际,利于运行的物资采购管理设想。Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of current material purchasing mode in military hospital, the idea of material purchasing reform is discussed in aspects of establishing centralized purchasing mode, standardizing purchasing management process, strengthening purchasing capacity and improving full inspection mechanism. A new mode based on scientific, standard and matched hospital situation is proposed to improve material purchasing management.
