摘　　要：阐述"肺脾同治"思想在治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染不同时期的用药思路;介绍董氏儿科在顾护脾胃方面的方药"苏脾饮"、针刺四缝疗法、经络导频治疗、饮食调整及冬令膏方。This paper introduces the application of the idea of ＂Treating lung and spleen simuhaneously＂ of treating Children Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection （RRTI） in differeht period. We discuss the therapeutic methods of Dong＇ s Traditional Chinese Pediatrics in protecting the spleen and stomach function, including ＂Supi decoction＂ ,acupuneturing ＇ Sifeng＇ acupoint, Meridian pilot, diet adjustment, and herbal extracts. At the same time, we introduce the relevant researehes about the idea of ＇Treating lung and spleen simultaneously＇ in children RRTI.
