摘　　要：综述近年白及药理作用及临床应用研究进展。其药理作用主要包括抗菌、活血止血、促进创伤愈合、促进胃肠道黏膜损伤的修复、促进骨髓造血、抗肿瘤、防龋及修复牙槽骨缺损等;临床可用于结核、消化道出血、溃疡、外伤、皮肤病、血液病、肿瘤、咽炎、口腔溃疡、龋齿等疾病的治疗。This article summarized the research progress of pharmacological actions and clinical applications of Rhizoma Bletillae in recent years. It is argued that the pharmacological actions of Rhizoma Bletillae includes anti-bacteria, promoting blood circulation and arresting bleeding, promoting wound healing and the restoration of gastrointestinal mucosa damage, promoting hemopoietic ability of marrow, antitumor, caries prevention and repairing of the alveolar bone defect, etc. The clinical applications of Rhizoma Bletillae includes the treatment of tuberculous, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, ulcer, trauma, dermatosis, blood disease, tumor, pharyngitis, oral ulcer and dental caries, etc.
