摘 要:针对极槽接近永磁电机的齿部磁密计算问题,利用永磁体面电流等效法,推导了无槽永磁电机气隙磁密的解析计算公式。然后根据电机结构特点,提出了截取加三次函数拟合法,计算考虑饱和时定子齿部最大磁密。用有限元法对多台不同参数的样机齿部最大磁密法进行了计算,验证了截取加三次函数拟合法具有较高的精度。最后根据时步有限元法,得到了极槽接近永磁同步电机在旋转时齿部磁密具有正弦的周期性。Aiming at the problem of the calculation of tooth flux density of permanent magnet synchronous machines with similar number of poles and slots,air-gap magnetic field was deduced in the slotless machine by use of surface-current method firstly. Then according to structural features,interception method with cubic-function fitting was presented to calculate maximum tooth flux density in the stator accounting for saturation. Finite element method was used to calculate tooth flux density of prototype machines with different parameters and the results verified great precision of interception method with cubic-function fitting. Finally,tooth flux density with sine wave was obtained while machine is running according to time-stepping finite element method.
