摘  要:电磁耦合器矢量控制过程中对永磁同步电机耦合器的稳定性要求较高,一般的矢量控制很难满足要求,需要进行矢量优化控制。提出一种基于多目标粒子群优化的永磁同步电机的矢量控制优化算法,设计电磁耦合器和感应电能传输电路,构建控制参数约束模型,在控制目标函数中加入权重系数,通过控制不同目标的重要性,从而得到经过多目标粒子群优化后的目标函数,实现矢量控制优化,进行永磁同步电机的磁场分布仿真和电机效率仿真测试。仿真结果表明,采用该矢量控制方法进行永磁同步电机优化设计,提高对永磁同步电机漏感和励磁电感的计算精度,优化电机的电能传输效率,电磁耦合器可以在较大的负载范围内实现稳定的电压输出,具有较高的应用价值。It has high requirement for the stability of permanent magnet motor coupler in electromagnetic coupler vector control,and the common vector control is difficult to meet the requirement which is need to be optimized. A multi objective particle swarm optimization of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control optimization algorithm was put forward based on the design of the electromagnetic coupler and inductive power transfer circuit. The constraint model of control parameters was constructed,using the weight coefficients in the control objective function to control the importance in different target,thereby the multi-objective particle swarm optimization objective function was gotten,and the optimization of vector control was realized. Simulation results show that,using the vector control method for permanent magnet synchronous motor optimization design,it can improve the calculation accuracy of leakage inductance and excitation inductance of permanent magnet synchronous motor,and optimize power transmission efficiency of the motor. The electromagnetic coupler can realize stable voltage output in a wide load range and has high application value.
