摘  要:介绍了QT850-3曲轴的覆砂铁型生产工艺:采用半封闭式浇注系统,低发气量、高强度的覆膜砂,1 t中频感应电炉熔炼铁液;采用REMg Si Fe球化剂,加入量为1.4%;选用抗衰退能力强的BS-1A孕育剂进行一次孕育,加入量为0.5%;随流孕育的孕育剂加入量为0.1%~0.15%,粒度0.3~0.8 mm;出炉温度控制在1 520±20℃,浇注温度控制在1 320~1 400℃;采用完全奥氏体化正火+回火的热处理工艺。生产结果显示,V495曲轴铸态球化等级为2级,球墨大小为6级,珠光体体积分数为85%,本体抗拉强度为870~920 MPa,伸长率为3%~5%,硬度为230~300 HB。The production process of QT850-3 crankshaft sand covered metal mold was introduced. A semi-enclosed gating system and low gas evolution,high strength coated sand were used. REMgSiFe in an amount of 1.4% was used as nodulizer. BS- 1A which had high anti-recession was used in an amount 0.5% for primary inoculation. The metal-stream inoculation with particle size of 0.3.4).8 mm was used in an amount of 0.1% to 0.15%. Tapping temperature was controlled at 1 520_+20 ~C and pouring temperature was controlled at 1 320-1 400 ~C. Fully austenitie normalizing and tempering heat treatment were performed. Production results showed that V495 crankshaft casting spheroidizing rating was 2,ductile graphite size was 6. Volume fraction of pearlite was 85%. The tensile strength was 870~920 MPa,elongation was 3% to 5% and the hardness was 230~ 300 HB.
