摘  要:介绍了喂丝球化处理工艺的原理及优点,以某排气连接管为例,详细阐述了喂丝法工艺在高Si-Mo球墨铸铁件中的应用,通过与冲入法工艺进行对比可知,采用喂丝法工艺生产的铸件球化率为30%Ⅰ+60%Ⅱ,基体组织为10%珠光体+90%铁素体,无碳化物;而冲入法的球化率最高达到85%,最低的只有80%,基体组织为10%珠光体+90%铁素体,无碳化物;采用喂丝法工艺的铸件力学性能的波动范围比冲入法小,抗拉强度625~631 MPa,屈服强度485~491 MPa,伸长率10%~12%,硬度205~210 HBW。The principles and advantages of injection feeding spheroidization was introduced. A exhaust connection pipe was taken as an example. The application of injection feeding spheroidization in high Si-Mo content ductile iron castings was elaborated. For comparison,this injection feeding spheroidization nodularity was 30% I +60% II and the microstructure were 10% pearlite+90% ferrite without carbide. While the pour-over process nodularity rate was 85% at best,even 80% at worst. The microstructure were the same. The casting mechanical properties produced by injection feeding spheroidization had a narrow fluctuation range. The tensile strength of that was 625-631 MPa,yield strength was 485-491 MPa,elongation was 10% -12% and hardness was 205-210 HBW.
