摘  要:介绍了大刹车盘的铸件结构及技术要求。对原工艺产生的问题进行分析,采取了以下改进措施:改进环形砂芯设计,减轻组合芯质量;将圆形凸台定位改为方块凸台定位,使用热熔胶粘结砂芯,增强砂芯粘结强度;下芯罩增设橡胶吸盘,将挂吸砂芯改为含吸砂芯;浇注系统截面比例改为ΣF内:ΣF横:ΣF阻:ΣF直=1:1.35:0.6:1,并采用二次搭接进行挡渣、挡砂;将冒口上移,使其顶面与砂芯顶面齐平,暗冒口变明冒口。通过采取上述措施,解决了铸件砂眼、渣眼以及气孔等问题,批量生产6万余件大刹车盘,铸件综合成品率由65%逐步上升至89%。Casting configuration and technical requirements of big brake disc were introduced. The problems existing with original casting method were analyzed, and following improving measures were adopted:improving ring-shaped core design to reduce weight of the cores assembly;changing the round boss locating into quadrate boss locating;using hot meh glue to agglutinate the cores in order to increase agglutinating strength; adding rubber sucking disc on the core-setting cover to change hanging-sucking the cores into containing-sucking the cores;changing the gating ratio to:ΣFiingatea:ΣFrunner:ΣFchocking: ΣFsprue =1:1.35:0.6:1 ,and using two overlapping connections to skim slag and sand;moving the riser upwards to level its top with the top surface of the core and also change the blind riser to open riser. By adopting above measures, the sand inclusion and slag inclusion problems were solved, and as the result of batch production of more than 60 000 big brake disc castings, the overall rate of qualified castings was gradually increased from 65% to 89%.
