蠕墨铸铁制动鼓的试制及使用情况

摘  要:灰铸铁制动鼓在西部地区使用寿命较短,普遍行驶8万km左右出现制动鼓开裂现象,分析后决定,采用蠕墨铸铁代替灰铸铁来生产制动鼓,并详细阐述了生产方法:炉料配比为70%废钢+30%回炉料,为净化铁液,加热至1 535~1 545℃静置4 min,在1 540~1 550℃出铁液,采用堤坝式冲入法进行蠕化处理,蠕化剂采用REMg Si Fe合金,加入量为0.55%,浇注温度在1 380℃以上。采用一次孕育+瞬时孕育的复合孕育方法,其中一次孕育加入量为1.0%,瞬时孕育加入量为0.2%,孕育剂为75Si Fe。最终生产的制动鼓金相组织和力学性能均符合客户要求,而且采用蠕墨铸铁制动鼓,其使用寿命比灰铸铁制动鼓提高将近2倍,大大改善了产品在该地区的适用性问题。The phenomenon of gray cast iron brake drum's short life,which cracking about 80 000 km in the western region was introduced. After researches,compacted graphite iron was used instead of gray iron. The production process was elaborated. The charge composition was 70% steel scrap and 30% foundry returns. In order to pure the iron melt,the charge was heated to 1 535~1 545℃ and standing for 4 min,then pour at 1 540~1 550 ℃. Dam type conventional method was used as vermicularizing treating. The vermieularizing was REMgSiFe alloy,added in an amount of 0.55% and pouring temperature was above 1 380 ℃. A compound inoculation method of primary inoculation and instantaneous inoculation was used. The amount of 75SiFe was added by 1.0% as primary inoculation and 75SiFe was added by 0.2% in instantaneous inoculation. As a result,the microstrueture and mechanical properties of the final production of brake drums were in line with customer requirements. The severe life extended by 100%. It greatly improved the product's applicability in the region.
