摘  要:介绍了玉柴铸造厂铸三生产线的重点设备和主要原辅材料供应商。该生产线的实际情况是:缸体、缸盖轮番生产,砂铁比变化范围大,每日生产机型变换频繁;砂芯品种多,芯砂用量大,配制芯砂用的回用芯砂加入量大。分析了"事后判断+滞后性的措施+点对点"形式的传统型砂质量控制方法的缺点,提出了型砂管控思路及方向,建立了砂循环数据库,量化了除尘器分级管理,实施了芯砂分离及SPC预测等管控体系。结果显示:型砂性能稳定受控,砂孔类缺陷报废率由0.82%降至0.3%。The key equipments,main raw and assistant materials suppliers of No.3 casting production line of Yuchai Foundry Plant were introduced. The practical situation of No.3 production line is as follows:cylinder blocks and cylinder heads are to be produced alternately on this one line,the variation range of sand/metal ratio is big,the engine models produced every day alternate frequently;sorts of sand cores are multiple,the usage amount of core sand for core sand preparation is big. The shortages of traditional judgement afterwards + hysteretic measures + points vs points type quality control method of molding sand were analyzed, the idea and direction of molding sand management and control were proposed ,the sand cycle database was established, the stepped management of dust catchers was quantificated, the management and control system of the core sand separation and SPC forecast was actualized. The results showed that properties of molding sand have been controlled stably,the sand inclusion defects-caused castings rejection rate decreased from 0.82% to 0.3%.
