摘　　要：DGNB属于第二代可持续建筑评价标准体系,在德国及世界各地享有盛誉。论文深入研究了被评为DGNB金级认证的德国联邦环境局(FEA)办公大楼,分析了该大楼的设计方法,总结了其在低碳设计方面的经验和成果,对我国类似建筑设计具有很好的参考价值和指导作用。DGNB, enjoying a high reputation in Germany and around the world, belongs to the second generation appraisal standard system for sustainable buildings This paper studies FEA ofifce building that is rated as DGNB golden level certiifcation, analyzes the design method of this building and summarizes its experience and achievements in low carbon design for providing good reference and guidance for alike architectural design in China.
