摘　　要：深基坑的施工会对周边房屋产生一定的影响,特别是老旧浅基础房屋,严重的将影响其正常使用甚至导致破坏。文章对上海地区某深基坑开挖过程中不同阶段引起的相邻浅基础房屋的沉降原因进行分析,总结了不同阶段、不同距离对房屋不均匀沉降影响的规律,并提出在深基坑施工相邻房屋的监测中应该注意的问题。Deep foundation excavation will produce certain effect on surrounding buildings, Especially the old shallow foundation building, will affect their normal use or even lead to serious destruction. In this paper, a deep foundation pit in the Shanghai area caused by the different stages in the process of excavation adjacent analyzes reasons for the settlement of shallow foundation building, summarizes the different stages, different distance of the rule of uneven settlement of the building, and put forward the construction of deep foundation pit adjacent should pay attention to the problems in the monitoring of the building.
