摘　　要：唐代宰相处于国家权力的核心,是权力运行的枢纽。宰相的人格决定其行政的理念和行为,并直接影响政局的发展。唐代许多著名宰相都有仁爱、大度、节俭、正直的人格,正是在这种高尚人格的支撑下,他们在治理国家中发挥了重要作用,并开创了一系列良好的政治局面,使唐王朝成为我国历史上最强盛的王朝之一。The prime ministers of Tang Dynasty is at the core of the state power,and is the power contact of the imperial government. The prime minister＇s personality determines its administrative ideas and behavior,and impact on political development directly. In Tang Dynasty,many famous prime ministers have kindness,generosity,thrifty,integrity in their noble personality,and they play an important role in the national governance,creating a series of favorable political situation,then lead the Tang Dynasty to become one of the most powerful and prosperousdynasties of the Chinese history.
