摘  要:提出一类准Z源级联型多电平逆变器电路结构,有效克服了传统Z源级联型多电平逆变器所需功率器件较多的不足。新拓扑由一个多电平直流环节(MLDCL)和一个单相H桥逆变单元组成。MLDCL由多个准Z源DC/DC单元级联而成,MLDCL产生近似正弦半波的多电平直流脉宽调制(PWM)波形,经H桥逆变成多电平交流波形。在DC/DC单元数目相同时,新电路所需全控型器件数量由传统级联型的An个减小到2n+4个。针对准Z源逆变器直通占空比与调制度间的制约关系,设计采用了注入3次谐波最大电压增益的相移正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)方法。最后,实验验证了此处方法的正确性和改进电路的实用性。This paper presents a novel cascaded multilevel inverter based on quasi-Z-source DC/DC converters to reduce number of power electronic switches in traditional Z-source cascaded multilevel inverter, which be formed by connecting one of the multilevel DC-link(MLDCL) with a single-phase H-bridge inverter.The MLDCL consists of seriesconnected quasi-Z-source DC/DC converters block.The MLDCL provides a multilevel DC voltage approximating the shape of a half sinusoidal wave.The H-bridge inverter in turn alternates the polarity to produce an AC voltage.The new circuit requires number of power switches decreases from traditional 4n to 2n+4 for a given number of cascaded basic units.Additionally,a phase-shift SPWM method with maximum Boost control is designed by carrier signals phase-shift and third harmonic injection in modulating waveform.Finally, experimental results confirm the features of the control and the practicability of improved topology.
