艾滋病高效抗反转录病毒治疗后并发血脂代谢异常的干预研究

摘　　要：高效抗反转录病毒治疗可以有效抑制病毒复制,降低艾滋病的病死率。但是抗病毒治疗可以影响脂肪酸结合蛋白、破坏脂质代谢、脂质在肝细胞内异常沉积,导致脂质代谢异常,而血脂代谢异常常增加心脑血管疾病风险。因此,对采用高效抗反转录病毒方法治疗后并发血脂代谢异常的艾滋病患者应进行积极干预。本文综述了艾滋病高效抗反转录病毒治疗后出现血脂代谢异常的相应干预措施,阐述了有效改善此类患者血脂代谢异常的临床方法。Highly effective anti retroviral therapy can effectively inhibit viral replication and reduce the mortality of AIDS. But antiviral treatment can affect fatty acid binding protein, lipid metabolism and lipid in the liver cells and abnormal deposition of destruction and lead to abnormal lipid metabolism and lipid metabolism in different often increases the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. Therefore, the use of highly effective anti retroviral therapy for patients with abnormal lipid metabolism in patients with abnormal blood lipids should be active intervention.In this article, the corresponding intervention measures of the abnormal lipid metabolism in the treatment of HIV/AIDS with high efficiency and anti retroviral virus were reviewed.
