摘　　要：阑尾黏液腺癌十分罕见，该病起病隐匿，无特异性，临床医师缺乏经验，故术前确诊困难。2013年3月解放军第二一0医院术前成功诊断1例曾被多家医院误诊为阑尾周围脓肿的阑尾黏液腺癌的患者。术中冷冻切片病理学检查确诊为阑尾黏液腺癌，行扩大切除术，效果良好．Appendiceal mutinous adenocarcinoma is a rare disease. The preoperalive diagnosis is almoslly impossible due to the lack of typical symptoms and inexperienced surgeons. One patient with appendiceal mutinous adenocarcinoma was di- agnosed stu.cessfully at the 210th Hospital of Chinese PLA, who was misdiagnosed as with periappendiceal abscess by other hospi- lals. The resuh of intraoperalive frozen pathological section con- firmed appendiceal mutinous adenocarcinoma. And then the pa- tient received extended resection and effective recovery.
