摘　　要：旅游业与金融业融合可以促进两个产业创新发展,推进产业结构优化与产业发展,从而提升产业竞争力,实现价值链的增值。在分析影响旅游业与金融业融合发展因素的基础上,构建了两个产业融合发展的三种模式,即主动融合模式、互动融合模式及重组融合模式,并提出强化旅游信用再造、完善银行金融支持、创新旅游保险体系和推进两业产融结合等融合发展路径,从而促进旅游业与金融业的融合协调发展。The industrial integration of tourism industry and financial industry can promote their innovative development, push the optimization of the industrial structure so as to enhance their industrial competitiveness and boost their value chain. This paper analyzes the influential factors of the integration of tourism industry with financial industry, builds up three models for their integrated development, namely the active integrated model, the interactive model and the recombinant model. It puts forward the following integrated approaches for the integrated development of tourism industry and financial industry ： reconstruction of the tourism credit, improvement of the bank＇s financial support, innovation of the tourism insurance system, and further promotion of the integration of these two industries.
