摘　　要：采用现代服务业就业弹性和产业结构偏离度两项指标来衡量现代服务业对大学生就业的吸纳能力,并通过回归分析得出二者的数量依存关系。通过实证研究,提出发展现代服务业进而解决大学生就业问题的对策和建议。The absorptive capacity of the modern service industry on employment of college students was measured,adopting the indicators of employment elasticity and deviation degree of industrial structure of modern service industry.The quantity depending relationship between the two was drawn by regression analysis.Through empirical research,some countermeasures and suggestions were proposed on developing modern service industry to solve the employment problem of college students.
