摘 要:以铁尾矿为主要原料,加入少量粉煤灰、煤矸石、石灰石及生物外加剂,制备铁尾矿陶粒滤料,并考察其对生活污水COD的去除效果。结果表明:在铁尾矿、粉煤灰、煤矸石、石灰石、生物外加剂分别占总物料量的86%、6%、4%、3%、1%,陶粒粒径为3~5 mm,焙烧温度为1 100℃时,烧制的陶粒滤料对生活污水COD的去除率可达80%。XRD和SEM分析表明,焙烧过程中产生的钠长石提高了陶粒的强度,同时陶粒表面粗糙、内部多孔、比表面积增大,因此具有良好的吸附性能,有利于生活污水中污染物的去除。Ceramsite filter was prepared using iron tailings as main raw material,adding small amount of fly ash,coal gangue,limestone and admixture,and COD removal efficiency by ceramsite was investigated. Results indicated that: with the iron ore tailings,fly ash,coal gangue,limestone,biological mass percentage of 86%,6%,4%,3%,1%,respectively,ceramic diameter of 3 ~ 5 mm,roasting temperature of 1 100 ℃,the COD removal rate in domestic sewage by ceramsite can reach80%. XRD and SEM analysis results indicated that: sodium feldspar generated during roasting increases the strength of ceramsite,at the same time,ceramsite has good adsorption performance for its rough surface,large amount of internal porous,and large specific surface area,which is helpful for pollutant removal in domestic sewage.
