摘　　要：γ-十一内酯的合成方法主要有2种,一种是以十一烯酸为原料,经异构和内酯化反应制得,另一种是以正辛醇和丙烯酸酯为原料,经游离基加成后,再通过闭环反应得到γ-十一内酯。对γ-十一内酯的合成现状进行了综述,并对江西华晨香料化工有限公司生产的γ-十一内酯进行了简要介绍。There are two main methods to synthetise γ-undecalactone. One is to synthesize γ-undecalactone with undecylenic acid as raw material,by isomerization and esterification reaction,the other is to synthesize γ-undecalactone with acrylic ester,by free radical addition and the closed-loop reaction. This paper reviews the development of studies on the synthesis of γ-undecalactone,and gives a brief introduction about the synthesis of γ-undecalactone,produced by Jiangxi Huachen Aromatic Technology Inc.
