摘 要:桥梁梁板构件是桥梁上部结构主要承重构件,其使用环境复杂,长期服务,使其避免不了出现损伤与变形,大大影响了桥梁结构本身的稳定性与安全性,有时会带来更大的灾难事故桥面整体垮塌。桥梁梁板一般采用多层钢筋混凝土复合结构,目前没有一种较好的办法对桥梁梁板的厚度进行快速简便的测试,这也是目前桥梁梁板无损测试领域面临的一个严峻挑战。对桥梁梁板厚度的测试技术-冲击回波法、探地雷达法和超声波对测法作相关介绍,在此基础上论述梁板无损测试存在的一些问题及预测桥梁梁板厚度测试的发展趋势。Bridge beam is the bridge upper structure main bearing component,whose usage environment is complex,long-term services that makes it can' t avoid occurring deformation,damage and greatly affect the stability and security of the bridge structure,sometimes it will bring greater disaster bridge collapsed as a whole. Bridge beam and slab generally adopts multi-layer reinforced concrete composite structure,so there is no a better way to test the thickness of the beam slab quickly and easily,and it is also a serious challenge that the bridge beam nondestructive testing field faced. Testing technology of bridge beam' s thickness-the Impack echo method,ground penetrating radar( GPR) method and ultrasonic are introduced,based on that,we discusse about some problems existing in the nondestructive testing,then forecast the development trend of bridge beam's thickness test.
