摘  要:研制了基于聚合物全息光盘的体全息信息存储演示实验仪。聚合物全息光盘采用热引发自由基聚合,以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为基底,菲醌为光敏剂。高厚度与高透明度的全息光盘具有一次写入永久读取能力,其热与光学稳定性极佳。光盘光敏波长覆盖半导体激光器常用波长范围,因此十分适合于提高信息存储容量,同时显著降低装置成本。装置测试结果显示,光盘具有较高的衍射效率,存储于光盘内部的再现图像具有较高的质量。采用复用方式将能实现单点高密度存储。将高厚度全息光盘应用于全息存储装置研制演示实验仪,演示从信息采集、处理、存储到读取全过程。Volume holographic storage has be paid much attention as the increasing requirement of data storage. To overcome the disadvantage of storage medium properties and low popularity of holographic storage,the demonstration instrument of volume holographic storage with polymeric holographic disc is investigated. The preparation of polymeric disc is thermal initiation of radical polymerization. In the materials, poly methyl methacrylate is matrix, and phenanthrenequinone is photosensitizer. The holographic disc with high thickness and transparency has the ability of write once and read permanent,and its thermal and optical stability is excellent. The disc is suitable to enhance the storage capacity and reduce the cost of device because its sensitive wavelength covers the wavelength of DPSS laser.There are high diffraction efficiency and image quality by measuring the device properties. The multiplexing method will be able to achieve high storage density on one spot. The new demonstration instrument can demonstrate all of the process including data collection,process,storage and read. The preparation of medium,molding technics,and photochemical mechanism of the photopolymer can present to the student for understanding next information storage technology.
