高校实验室RPIRP管理模式初探

摘　　要：为了提高实验室使用效率、效能和构建和谐安全文明的实验室,从完善实验室的管理制度、办事流程、信息化建设和实验室相关人员的奖励惩罚几个方面探讨了实验室的管理创新机制。提出了完整的实验室管理规章制度体系。从仪器设备购置计划的制定、采购前论证、验收、使用、维修到报废的全生命周期管理理念和仪器及实验室的管理信息化,到对实验室管理人员的奖惩制度,制定出实验室RPIRP管理模式,供高校实验室管理人员参考,从而保证实验工作的顺利进行,提高仪器的使用率。In order to improve laboratory efficiency and effectiveness and to build a harmonious and civilized university laboratory,several aspects of laboratory management innovation mechanisms are discussed,such as consummating the laboratory management regulations and work processes,use of information technology in laboratory management and personnel rewards and punishments. The complete system of laboratory management rules and regulations was raised.Product management information, personnel rewards and punishments were planned. Finally RPIRP management lifecycle management concept is proposed（ i. e. the purchase plan of instrument and equipment,argumentation before its purchasing,check and acceptance,usage,repair and maintenance and report as worthless）. RPIRP management model of university laboratory is brought forward for reference for laboratory managers in universities. It could ensure the smooth progress of experimental work and improve the utilization of the instrument.
