摘  要:茶园施用有机肥是土壤培肥提高土壤质量的有效措施之一,为了合理科学的给茶园施肥提供依据,研究了蝇蛆有机肥、间作绿肥、秸秆覆盖在春、夏、秋季对茶园主要土壤酶活性的影响。试验结果表明:蝇蛆有机肥对土壤过氧化氢酶活性影响较大,对磷酸酶活性影响小,能够显著提高蔗糖酶活性以及在夏、秋季的脲酶活性。间作绿肥、秸秆覆盖均能够显著提高脲酶、蔗糖酶、磷酸酶活性,间作绿肥在提高脲酶、蔗糖酶活性上优于秸秆覆盖,而秸秆覆盖在提高磷酸酶活性的效果上更优于间作绿肥。混施处理在夏、秋季能够表现出显著优于单施处理的效果。Application of organic fertilizer is one of the effective measures of soil fertility to improve soil quality in tea garden. In order to provide scientific basis for fertilize in tea garden,this paper studies the effect of three fertilizers( maggot organic manure,green manure and straw) on the soil enzyme activity in tea garden in the spring,summer and autumn. The results show that maggot organic fertilizer treatment can improve the activity of catalase,invertase and urease in summer and autumn significantly,but the influence on phosphatase is small; green manure and straw treatment can improve the activities of urease,invertase and phosphatase significantly; green manure treatment is better than straw treatment in providing activity of urease and invertase,however,straw treatment is better than green manure treatment in providing the activity of phosphatase. The mixed treatments can improve the enzyme activity significantly than segregated treatments in summer and autumn.
