HPLC测定小儿化痰止咳颗粒中吐根碱的含量

摘　　要：本文采用Diamonsil C18柱,以乙腈∶0.1%磷酸(10∶90)为流动相,建立高效液相色谱法测定小儿化痰止咳颗粒中吐根碱的定量分析方法。该测定方法简便易行,结果准确,重复性好,可用于小儿化痰止咳颗粒中吐根碱的含量测定。Diamonsil C18 column is used with acetonitrile-0. 1 % phosphoric acid（ 10： 90） as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength is 235 nm,the velocity of flow was 1. 0 m L / min,and the column temperature is 25℃. The quantitative analysis method is established to determining the content of Emetine（ Ipecac alkali） in Children Huatan Zhike Granule by HPLC. Under above chromatographic conditions,the injection volume of tectoridin shows a linear relationship with peak area when ranging between 0. 100 9 - 0. 605 4 μg and the corresponding regression equation being Y = 923 342 X ＋ 2 414. 9（ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery of Ipecac alkali are 97. 76 % with corresponding RSD being 2. 64 %（ n = 6）. The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for determination of the content of tectoridin in Children Huatan Zhike Granule.
