摘　　要：以葛根素和干膏得率为考察指标,选取煎煮次数、煎煮时间、加水量为考察因素,采用正交试验优选健脑益智胶囊的最佳水提工艺。通过试验健脑益智胶囊最佳水提工艺为第一次加12倍水,第二次加10倍水,煎煮2次,每次1 h。该水提优选的工艺稳定可行,可推广于大生产应用。With the content of puerarin and yield of extract as indexes,the extraction times,extraction time and the amount of water as factors,orthogonal design is used to optimize water extracion of Jiannao Yizhi capsules. Optimum water extraction technology is as following： with 12 times amount of water,extracted 1 hour at the first time,then with 10 times amount of water,extracted 1 hour. This optimized extraction technology is stable and reliable,and it could be extended to large-scale.
