摘 要:CO2吸收塔是低温甲醇洗系统的核心装置之一,其性能对整个系统性能具有重要影响。本文对CO2吸收塔的精吸段、主吸段、粗吸段和脱硫段以及吸收塔整体分别进行建模,针对计算比较为各段选取了合适的计算模型,并对吸收塔各组分流体分离效果进行了仿真,为整个低温甲醇洗系统设计与性能提升提供技术支撑。A carbon dioxide absorption column is one of core devices in a rectisol system,whose performances are dominant to the performances of the entire rectisol system. ASPEN PLUS software is utilized to establish models for the fine absorption section,the main absorption section,the coarse absorption section and the desulfurization section as well as the entire carbon dioxide absorption column based on comparisons of calculation results from various calculation models,respectively;and the simulation analysis is carried out to the separation effects of various components in the carbon dioxide absorption column. Such simulation results may used as the technical support for improvement of design and performances of the entire rectisol system.
