摘　　要：氪氙精制流程中分子筛系统的工作效率直接决定着产品的合格率。针对稀有分子筛出现的一次故障从设备结构、工艺运行等方面对故障产生的原因、故障的查找以及今后的控制预防措施等方面进行了分析。最终达到氪氙精制装置稳定运行的目的。The product purity of Kr Xe depends on the production operation of molecular sieve. The paper mainly analyses the molecular sieve fault,including the structure of equipment,process operation etc. Analysis the fault reasons,and developed the control measures. Finally,to realize the stable operation of the Kr Xe unit.
