摘 要:为探讨Pb对690合金腐蚀行为的影响开展了有/无Pb的腐蚀试验,采用扫描电镜(SEM)方法、局部电化学交流阻抗(LEIS)方法分别研究了690合金在有/无Pb的Na OH溶液中应力腐蚀行为、电化学行为。扫描电镜分析结果表明表面腐蚀形貌有差异,Pb存在于腐蚀产物中。应力腐蚀试验结果表明,690合金在含Pb的Na OH溶液中发生了穿晶型应力腐蚀开裂。局部电化学交流阻抗谱表明,含1 000 mg/L Pb的Na OH溶液中690合金的电化学阻抗分散性较大。690合金在含Pb溶液中具有较高的应力腐蚀敏感性。The corrosion test of Alloy 690 was conducted in solutions with Pb and without Pb to study the effect of lead on the corrosion behavior of Alloy 690,respectively. The stress corrosion cracking( SCC) behavior and the electrochemical behavior of Alloy 690 in Na OH solutions with Pb and without Pb were investigated by scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and localized electrochemical impedance spectroscopy( LEIS). The SEM surface images show that the corrosion morphology of Alloy 690 is different and Pb can be found in the surface corrosion product.The SCC results show that Alloy 690 contains transgranular stress corrosion cracking in Na OH solution with Pb.LEIS results demonstrated that the Alloy 690 in Na OH solution with 1 000 mg / L Pb has large dispersion characteristics of electrochemistry. Alloy 690 has high sensitivity of stress corrosion in Na OH solution with Pb.
