摘  要:采用单溶剂萃取过滤的方法除去改质煤沥青中的喹啉不溶物(QI)得到净化煤沥青,通过分子量分析、元素分析、红外光谱分析、紫外分析、1H-NMR(Nuclear Magnetic Resonance)等方法对其进行结构表征。结果表明:该净化沥青的平均相对分子质量为411,平均分子式为C31.41H19.19N0.29S0.08O0.52,平均每个分子的杂原子的总和数(N+O+S)<1.0个。红外分析结果表明样品中含有苯环结构,杂原子氧以羟基、R—O—R形式存在;氮以胺基(NH—)或叔氮的形式存在。紫外分析表明样品中含有三环及三环以上化合物,采用改进的Brown-Lander模型计算得知,该样品平均结构为八环稠环结构,面性排列(即迫位缩合)为主;线性排列(即渺位缩合)为辅。Quinoline insoluble(QI) in raw coal pitch was filtrated and removed by using the single solvent-extraction method, and then refined coal pitch was obtained. The structure of purified asphalt was characterized by average relative molecular mass determination, elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared(FTIR), ultraviolet(UV) analysis, and1H-NMR(Nuclear Magnetic Resonance),etc. The results showed that the average relative molecular mass of the asphalt was 411, with the average molecular formula of C31.41H19.19N0.29S0.08O0.52, and the total content of heteroatom was less than 1.0. IR analytic results showed that samples contained benzene ring structure, impurity atoms of oxygen with hydroxyl, R—O—R form, nitrogen in the form of amine(NH—) or tertiary nitrogen. UV analysis indicated that the samples contain tricyclic and more than three-ring compounds. Its average structure was obtained by modified Brown-Lander model: eight-fused ring structure, whose main connection was surface arrangement(namely peri-condensation), and linear arrangement(namely cata condensed) was complementary.
