摘 要:以廉价的活性炭为载体,负载1%V2O5,制备出了中温V2O5/AC催化剂,其脱硝率在350-400℃可达60%以上。采用低温N2吸附法和傅里叶红外光谱法对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,负载V2O5导致催化剂的比表面积降低,但是有利于SCR(选择性催化还原)反应的中孔增多,因而脱硝率较AC增大。H2SO4、HNO3、HCl酸化可以增大V2O5/AC的脱硝率,其中HNO3酸化效果最好,在350~400℃脱硝率可达75%以上,其原因是增大了表面的含氧官能团。The V2O5/AC medium temperature selective catalytic reduction(SCR) catalyst was prepared using the cheap activated carbon as a carrier and loading 1% V2O5. The enitrification performance of the as-prepared V2O5/AC catalyst is up to 60% at 350~400 ℃. And the as-prepared catalysts were characterized by low-temperature N2 adsorption and Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that although the surface area of the catalyst loading V2O5 reduced, the volume of mesopore increased,so the denitrification performance of V2O5/AC was better than that of AC.The acidification of H2SO4, HNO3, HCl was favorable for the denitrification performance of catalyst. The acidification effect of HNO3 resulted in the increase of oxygen functional groups on the surface of catalyst, which resulted in the enitrification performance of the V2O5/AC catalyst acidified up to 75% at 350-400 ℃.
