摘  要:在高纯石墨制备过程中,合理的浸渍-焙烧工艺制度是决定石墨产品性能及成品率的关键之一。以中温沥青为浸渍剂,采用正交试验,确定浸渍过程优化参数为温度200℃,压力1.5 MPa,反应时间60 min。通过DSC-TG分析确定了沥青焙烧温度曲线,在此基础上,选定沥青浸渍次数及焙烧次数,确定最优工艺为3浸4烧。3浸4烧后产品性能各项指标都得到明显的改善,为下一工序成品率提高奠定了良好的基础。In the course of high purity graphite preparation, reasonable impregnation-baking parameter was one of the key processes to improve the yield of graphite product. By comparison, medium temperature pitch was chosen as the experimental impregnation in this paper. Orthogonal experiment results showed that the optimized parameters were: temperature of 200 ℃, pressure of 1.5 MPa,and maintaining time of 60 minutes. By TG-DSC analysis the pitch baking temperature curve was determined. Using the above parameters and the temperature curve, the times of baking and dipping were determined. The optimal process is impregnating for three times and baking for four times. After the process, the product performance has been significantly improved.
