摘　　要：介绍了车底式焙烧炉的炉内主要技术参数的精度要求、特点,分析了高精度温度场的温度控制方法,分析了脉冲燃烧技术在车底式炭素炉窑中的应用情况和合理性,指出了维持低氧化性气氛的燃烧控制方法,以及长时间保障燃烧稳定性的具体措施。This paper introduced the precision requirement and characteristics of the main technical parameters about car bottom baking furnace. The temperature control method of high precision temperature field was described, and the application and rationality of the pulse combustion technology in car bottom carbon furnaces were discussed. The combustion control methods for maintaining the low oxidizing atmosphere and the specific measures for guaranteeing the stability of combustion were developed in detail.
