米诺地尔溶液联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗头皮毛发区进展型白癜风的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨5%米诺地尔溶液联合窄谱中波紫外线(Narrow Bound Ultra Violet B Light;NB-UVB)治疗头皮毛发区进展型白癜风的疗效。方法选择门诊就诊的129例头皮毛发区进展型白癜风患者随机分为两组,实验组65例采用5%米诺地尔溶液联合NB-UVB光疗进行治疗,对照组64例单纯采用NB-UVB光疗,两组患者治疗2个月为一个疗程,共治疗三个疗程,比较两组患者每个疗程结束后的疗效。结果实验组治疗一个疗程、二个疗程、三个疗程后的疗效均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。治疗期间两组患者均无明显的不良反应。结论 5%米诺地尔溶液联合NB-UVB治疗头皮毛发区进展型白癜风疗效显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate efficacy of 5% minoxidil solution combined with Narrow Bound Ultra Violet B Light（ NB-UVB） in the treatment of progressive leukoderma in scalp hair area. Methods 129 outpatients with progressive leukoderma were randomly divided into two groups. 65 cases in experience group were treated with 5% minoxidil solution combined with NB-UVB,while 64 cases in control group were merely given NB-UVB. With every two months were taken as a course of treatment,both groups were given three courses. Then,effects of both groups after each course were compared,respectively. Results Effects of the experience group after one course,two courses and three courses were obviously better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05 or 0. 01）. No adverse reactions were found in both groups during the treatment. Conclusion 5% minoxidil solution combined with NB-UVB for progressive leukoderma in scalp hair area has an obvious efficacy with few adverse reactions. Thus,it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
