摘  要:目的:通过监测受试者脑电图(electroencephalogram,EEG),分析振动训练中振动波的方向与大脑觉醒状态之间的关系,并为振动训练提高运动员赛前状态提供有效实验效据。方法:在振动方向分别为前后向和左右向的基础上,分别采集振动前和振动时中央中线(CZ),左枕、右枕(O1、O2)处的脑电图α波相对功率谱密度。结果:振动开始后,无论振动方向为前后还是左右向,振动时与振动前相比机体觉醒状态显著提高(P<0.05)。在振动过程中,左右振动与前后振动相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:研究发现振动训练可以明显提高受试者的觉醒状态。左右方向比前后方向振动对机体觉醒状态的提高更为明显。Objective:By analyzing the EEG , observed the relationship between the awakening of the brain and the direction of the shock wave in vibration training.In order to improve the state of vibration training athletes before the race to provide effective experimental data .Method: Vibration training is divided into two directions around and around.Before vibration and during vibration collect the central midline (CZ), left occipital, right occipital ( O1, O2) EEGαwave at the relative power spectral density.Result: After the start of vibration , no matter for a-round or before and after the direction of vibration.During vibration than before , the awakening of the body condi-tion improved significantly (P〈0.05) .In the process of vibration, the left-right direction compared with the longitudinal direction has a significant difference ( P〈0.05) .Conclusion: Research found that vibration training can significantly improve wakefulness.Left and right direction than the longitudinal direction of vibration to improve the body's arousal state becomes more apparent.
