摘　　要：论述了制动室数字化改造的必要性,同时以大秦铁路股份有限公司太原北车辆段制动室数字化改造为例,阐述了制动室数字化改造的基本框架及取得成效,制动室数字化改造后实现了制动阀检修全过程的检修信息无纸化、卡控制度机控化、实物流与信息流同步化、风险研判数字化,确保检修工艺彻底落实,防止简化工艺,有效控制了不合格品的流出。This paper discusses the necessity of the digitization of brake chamber,takes Taiyuan north car depot＇s digitization of brake chamber of Daqin railway co.,Ltd.as an example,and describes the basic framework of digitization of brake chamber and its achievements.After the digitization of brake chamber,it can make the information of the whole brake valve＇s maintenance process paperless,card control of mechanical control technological,material flow and information flow synchronous and risk judgments digital,which can ensure complete implementation of the maintenance process,prevent simplifying the process and effectively control the outflow of the defective products.
