摘  要:随机选取25尾水库放养模式养成的同生群日本鳗鲡为研究对象,逐一测量其全长(X_1)、肛长(X_2)、头长(X_3)、吻长(X_4)、下颌长(X_5)、头高(X_6)、肛部体高(X_7)、头宽(X_8)、眼间距(X_9)、肛部体宽(X_(10))、肛围(X_(11))、体重(BW)、净体重(NW)等13项表型性状后,采用相关分析、通径分析和偏回归分析方法研究了日本鳗鲡形态性状对体重和净体重的影响效应。结果表明:(1)所测11项形态性状与体重、净体重的相关系数均达到显著水平(P<0.05);(2)经通径分析,被保留的肛部体宽(X_(10))、肛长(X_2)、头宽(X_8)、全长(X_1)和下颌长(X_5)等5项形态性状对体重、净体重相关指数分别为0.985和0.986。其中,对体重和净体重的直接作用均以肛部体宽(X_(10))为最大,分别为0.545和0.527,对体重和净体重产生的间接作用均以头宽(X_8)为最大,分别为0.715和0.699;(3)经多元回归分析,建立被保留的形态性状与体重和净体重间的回归方程分别为BW=17.669X_(10)+1.785X_2+8.292X_8+0.153X_1=13.900X_5-658.897和NW=15.505X_(10)+1.643X_2+8.209X_8+0.139X_1-12.030X_5-606.031。Influence effect of morphometric traits on body weight and net weight of adult A ngttillajaponica was studied by using correlation analysis, path analysis and regression analysis. 25 A. japonica were randomly sampled for experiment. Total length(TL), snout-vent length, head length, snout length, mandible length, head height, body depth, head width, interorbital space, rectal width at withers, periproct, body weight and net weight were measured for all individuals. The results showed that:(1) All correlation coefficients between phenotyoic traits and body weight, net weight were at significant level (P〈0.05) ; (2) The correlation indexes of the five selected morphometric traits to body weight and net weight were 0.985 and 0.986, respectively. The utmost direct actions of rectal width at withers to body weight and net weight were 0.545 and 0.527, respectively. The utmost indirect actions of head width to body weight and net weight were 0.715 and 0.699, respectively; (3) Multiple regression equation used to estimate body weight, and net weight of adult A. japonica were established, respectively.
