摘  要:新升本院校在科研与教学方面都面临了一些问题。科研与教学发展不平衡,科研滞后,而教学则多局限于课本和基本理论,创新意识缺乏。鉴于此,尝试通过创设校内科研课题、师生共同参与校企合作课题、支持学生科研三个途径去推动科研与教学的良性互动发展。在这个过程中,应避免急功近利。对科研与教学的关系,既不能人为割裂,也不可盲目强化,不必强求每位教师都转型为科研能手,更不可片面强化科研,使教学受到影响。The newly-upgraded universities are faced with problems both in scientific research and teaching. The development of scientific research and teaching is unbalanced. Scientific research is lagging behind while teaching is con- fined to textbooks and basic theories, lacking in consciousness of innovation. In view of this, we should try to promote the healthy and interactive development between scientific research and teaching through creating scientific research pro-jects in the universities, encouraging teachers and students to participate in cooperation projects between school and enterprise and supporting students in scientific research. In this process, seeking quick success should be avoided. The re- lationship of scientific research and teaching should not be artificially separated or blindly strengthened. Not all teachers are expected to become scientific experts compulsively. Scientific research should not be overstrengthened to affect teaching.
