摘  要:研究了延迟采集时间(注射18FDG显像剂到开始采集的时间)的变化对标准摄取值(SUV)的影响。通过采用中国科学院高能物理研究所研制的小动物正电子发射断层扫描仪(PET)E-Plus166,以6只健康雌性大鼠为实验对象,对大鼠头部进行扫描。分别计算不同延迟采集时间下大鼠脑部两个不同区域(小脑皮质和大脑皮质)对应的SUV值。通过对计算结果进行分析讨论,发现正常大鼠脑部两个不同区域的SUV值存在一定差别,这两个不同区域的SUV值所反映的对18FDG的摄取,在注射18FDG显像剂后45~65分钟内达到一个比较稳定的状态,可作为实验的参考指标。The effect of delayed acquisition time c hanges (from injection ~SFDG to acquisition) on the standard uptake value is discussed in this paper. Positron emission tomography is used. That is the small animal PET (E-Plus166) produced by Institute of High Energy Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Six healthy female rats are prepared for experiments. The corresponding SUV of two different regions with different delayed acquisition time of rat brain (cerebellar cortex and cerebral cortex) are calculated separately. The analysis and discussion show that there are some differences between the two different regions of the normal rat's brain in SUV values. The SUV of the two dif- ferent regions that reflects the uptake of 18FDG will reach a relatively stable state after injection 18FDG for 45 to 65 minutes. This conclusion can be used as a reference for experiments.
